# 导热材料说明

在Atlas 200I A2 加速模块的芯片和散热器之间，采用TIM材料填充间隙，针对TIM材料有如下建议：

- TIM材料在压缩后，保证有均匀的厚度才能满足芯片散热；
- 芯片与散热器之间的TIM尽可能选择最小厚度的材料；

对于除主芯片之外的其他需要贴壳散热的器件，根据设计要求选择合适的TIM材料厚度，平衡器件承压能力与散热能力。
